MEET THE KINESIS PRO GTX
The Kinesis Pro GTX is our most premier, fully featured backpacking boot, and one of our best-selling trail models. The classically styled full-grain leather upper is backed by a GORE-TEX lining for guaranteed waterproof protection, and protected from abrasion by a full rubber rand. The upper is finished off with a soft and supple leather cuff and micro-pully system for easy lacing. Modern technology is evident in the dual-density PU midsole, which offers fantastic support and cushioning for carrying a heavy pack over long distances, and a TPU insert adds additional torsion control for variable terrain. The end result is brilliant combination of old-world aesthetics and new-world performance.

BIOMETRIC SOLE
MEET THE SL ACTIVE
The SL has been a SCARPA flagship boot for years, and the current version features the classic look, durable support and incredible comfort of the original, with modern-day technology upgrades. The full-grain leather upper is our supportive Sherpa HS12 leather, in a gusseted one-piece construction for outstanding water-resistance. Additional upper protection comes courtesy of the full rubber rand. The inside feel can only be described as luxurious, with a leather lined back half and a 37.5 moisture management technology lining the front hall. The PU midsole provides long lasting support and cushioning, making long trail days with a heavy back much more enjoyable. The time-tested Vibram outsole gives confidence-inspiring traction on and off the trail, and it's legendary performance means you can count on it for many years to come.
