The Maestrale RS and Gea RS are designed for expert backcountry skiers who demand both power and comfort. Offering strong flex for the descent and excellent range of motion for the climb, they balance precision and efficiency in every turn. A redesigned four-buckle closure ensures uniform, secure fit and increased control. The Maestrale RS delivers maximum strength, performance, and tourability. The Gea RS provides a women’s-specific cuff and liner with the most powerful flex in its category.

Overlap Shield Technology
Overlap Shield Tech is our new gaiter/closure system that guarantees a uniform fit over the entire instep while also providing protection from the elements. The lycra sock has over-injected reinforcements, a floating medial flap and, works in unison with the Wave Lite Closure system to accommodate a wide spectrum of foot types and to eliminate any pressure points
Wave Lite Closure
Wave Lite is a secure closure system that evenly disperses closing-force across the instep to avoid any pressure points. The self-equalizing steel cable and instep panel mean the closure can accommodate a wide spectrum of foot type.
Power Strap Light
A power strap light is paired with the Carbon Grilamid® LFT cuff for increased downhill performance. RECCO® enabled.

The F1 Family Overview
As the standard-setting benchmark for lightweight touring performance, the F1 Family features a lightweight construction, incredible range of motion, a warm thermo-moldable Intuition liner, an integrated RECCO® reflector, and sticky/durable Vibram® outsoles. The F1 boots allow the freedom to poach hard-to-reach lines. The newest model, the F1 RS, features a new overlap flow construction along with a unique cuff-mounted BOA® H+1 system for a secure shell closure while reducing bulk and weight on the lower part of the boot.
